#book17

I finally read Brene´ Brown, y’all! She was totally worth the wait. Every page of Daring Greatly had me nodding along, agreeing and being a little freaked out that she was looking right into my life like that. The chapter on parenting was worth the price of admission alone.

#book18 was a fiction read from Netgalley—We Are All Good People Here. It was an interesting look at a time in American history that I’ve only read about from other perspectives, so I was curious about the characters and the choices they made. I think people are going to love this book, and identify with the characters’ pain.

#book19 was another freebie, and I think it must be part of a series — The Inn at Hidden Run. This was another Netgalley read. I reviewed it there, but I’d say it’s a library check-out book.
